One of the worst and unreliable property. You don’t get a room even if you get a confirmation from the hotel. The front office staff are unprofessional and rude. Had a very disappointing experience with them. Not recommended. Not fit to be in the hospitality industry.

Please please please it's a request to all travellers & booking agents not to book this hotel. Terrible experience with this hotel. Staff is unprofessional, food quality is pathetic, bed quality and mattress is very old, old bed sheets and pillow and stinking rooms & bathrooms. rooms are very dirty on calling the reception for cleaning the rooms the person at front desk says there is no staff in hotel to clean the rooms.

better to stay at railway station but don't book this hotel, pathetic service with unrude staff(staff uses abuses language to guest) Mr Avasthi is unprofessional and unmannered staff who doesn't know how to talk with the clients. Linen quality is worst than railway station.

Only the interiors of the rooms are decent but the bathroom is very claustrophobic... the crowd is sad and they have limited parking space. The chappies at the counter decide on discounts to be given to walk-ins, and note, they give better rates than those available online, even if booked in advance. The swimming pool does not have showers and it's ill maintained, there's no dress code so you will find ladies with full Salwar suits, Sari's and men with Robin hood in the pool. We are never ever coming back to this place :-(

On the outskirts of the weekend destination is this place called Dreamland good in budget friendly staff average food offered and a pool to enjoy the evening after a long drive through Mumbai, rooms are clean n neet all amenities placed tv ac in good condition. Recommended
